Joshua S. Miller, President & CEO

Josh has over 20 years of industry experience and is currently President & CEO of Acadia Management Co. Inc., a multigenerational single-family office. In this role, Josh counsels family members on sophisticated estate plan designs, financial planning and expense management, investments, and tax strategies. He serves as trustee on family trusts and oversees fiduciary services provided by the office, other family members and independent trustees.  With the help of the Acadia Team, Josh manages all aspects of the family office including investment management, planning, tax preparation, family governance, asset protection, risk management, operations and office staff.

 Prior to joining Acadia, Josh was a senior wealth strategist for CIBC Private Wealth, where he counseled high net worth individuals, corporate executives, closely held business owners and multinationals on sophisticated estate plan designs and strategies. He worked directly with clients and their advisors to create integrated estate plans, guide client families in evolving a healthy wealth culture and find solutions to develop the rising generation, all part of CIBC Private Wealth Management’s integrated wealth management process. Josh is a licensed attorney, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and has earned the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) designation.

Melissa S. Conover, Vice President & Chief Fiduciary Officer

Melissa Conover is Vice President and Chief Fiduciary Officer of Acadia Management Co., Inc. With over twenty years of experience in wealth management, Melissa has oversight and implementation responsibility for all aspects of trust administration at Acadia. In addition, Melissa serves as trustee on many family trusts managed by the office.

Prior to joining Acadia, Melissa was a Trust Administrator at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP, an Assistant Vice President at BNY Mellon and an associate at Cushing & Dolan, PC.

Melissa received her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University Law School, her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from Boston College.

Michelle A. Fraioli,

Vice President & COO

Michelle came to the Boston area to attend Bentley College (now Bentley University), to pursue Business Management. While hospitality was her first passion, she pursued finance upon graduation. While working her way up the corporate ladder, Michelle came to a crossroad and chose to pursue the law. Within a few months she took the LSATs and applied to law school. Michelle was accepted to her first choice, Suffolk University Law School, night program. 
 
While attending classes, Michelle worked full time as a paralegal at a boutique real estate firm on the South Shore. Upon graduation, she settled into an associate position at a boutique international tax firm located a short distance from Boston.  Michelle spent 10 years practicing international tax, income tax, tax controversy, real estate, and various other legal matters.  She handled international disclosures and tax audits with the IRS along with real estate conveyancing.  She joined legal, business and international organizations and has been a presenter on various international tax matters.  After 10 years, Michelle was provided the opportunity to transition to an established firm in Boston, MA.  While in Boston, she expanded her practice to include estate planning and probate matters.   

After 3 years at the Boston law firm, Michelle is excited for the opportunity to combine all her prior years' experience in business and law to serve as Tax Director and COO of Acadia Management Company, Inc.

Frank P. Neuwinger, Tax Manager

Frank has over 40 years of industry experience and is currently Tax Manager of Acadia Management Co., Inc. Prior to joining Acadia, Frank was a tax accountant for Walter & Shuffain, P.C., where he prepared Fiduciary as well as Individual returns for many clients and dealt with various tax issues that would require dealing with the IRS and or various States. Before working at Walter & Shuffain, P.C., Frank spent 16 years working at Choate Hall & Stewart LLP where he assumed the role as a Senior Tax Accountant. There he was responsible for implementing and teaching staff how to use the firm’s tax software as well as was responsible for preparing a high volume of Fiduciary and Individual tax returns for a number of high net worth clients.

Kimberly I. Clifford, Trust Advisor

For 10 years, Kim has been a noteworthy leader as an Office Manager. Originally from Quincy, she received her education from Quincy College and began her career working at the Lyons Group, while attending school at night. Starting as an Office Manager, she proudly worked her way up to Executive Assistant. Kim worked for the Lyons Group for about seven years, and during her time there she gained plenty of knowledge and experience along the way. Throughout her career, Kim has discovered her preference for a small office setting that allows for her to get to know the team and create solid relationships throughout the company.

When she is not busy with work, she enjoys spending her time with her Fiancé trying out new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with her rescue Labrador Retriever named Gus.

Kim was promoted to her new role as Trust Advisor in December 2022, after working as Acadia’s Office Manager for 1.5 years. She is excited to take on this new position and continue furthering her career with Acadia Management.

Erin I. Squarey, Office Manager

Erin's many years in the customer service industry led her to her Office Manager role at Acadia. Erin grew up and lives in Quincy, MA and got her BA in History from Emmanuel College. She has previous experience in Tax Prep and Event Management. Erin previously worked for JetBlue as a Flight Attendant and got to see many interesting places such as the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. She learned customer relations and time management skills during her time with JetBlue. She is excited to join the Acadia Management Team and continue to grow and learn more about financial planning.  

In her spare time, Erin loves to read and spend time with her Husky-Lab mix, Mac.
